Shipping policy

We offer nationwide shipping for our frozen Highland beef products. Orders are shipped every Tuesday. Orders placed before 11:59pm on Monday will be included in the Tuesday Shipping the next day. Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped the following Tuesday. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We use specialized packaging to maintain product quality during transit. Shipping packaging guarantees meat remains frozen for the duration of the shipping period (up to 2 days). Once the package is delivered, the quality of the meat and the temperature at which it is stored immediately becomes the purchasers responsibility.
